Weekend was good

I know it's a little late to update about the weekend. But I guess it's better late than never.

Well, Saturday was really a hectic day. Well, not really hectic lar... Woke up at 9am, and went for a swim from 9.10am till 9.50am. Hopefully some calories were burnt. Had a light brunch and waited for dad to view houses starting from 2pm. Had a little hoo haa during this time... Eye sores etc...

Dad liked a place at Balmoral and I personally feel that it's an exclusive residential area but not exactly to my liking because the MRT is still not within walking distance. Have to take a bus down to Orchard. :( So... Anyway, the places that we saw were all around the area. The price is quite a rocket and I felt that it was not worth. It's not near market nor MRT. Finish viewing at almost 4++++pm.

Went home to rest and talk to someone special. Going to KL this Friday. :D Don't say again. :P Anyway, I met my dear JC sisters, Kaili, Doreen and Yana. We had dinner together at Breeks. Food was not too bad. Had individual presents from Yana to make it a sisterly necklance. :D And had present from Doreen, belated Xmas. *faints* :D Walked around AMK, bought girly stuff. Was so nice meeting them again. :D

Sunday was a more hectic day. Though woke up at 9am, was not enough for the marketing at 9.30am till almost 10.20am to view another house at 10.30am and went to look at other house. Love the concept of an apartment at Lincoln Road, but was too small and too expensive. :(

Attend a meeting with my parents, and continued the journey to looking at house again in the evening. BIG PLACE, but hell loads of renovation to do if we were to move in. :( No perfect place. Sad...

Ah... that's the weekend lar...

Diet day 2 and 3

I guess it's so good so far without starving myself. Had vegterian beehoon with veggies and fish slice soup for lunch on Wed and Thurs respectively.

Did routines of 200 crunches, 30 push ups and 30 squats on Wed, 200 crunches, 30 push ups and 40 squats yesterday. Haha... Did these and made me a little tired. :S haha... I thought a few more times of routines I should be able to do the routines together with swim or run(which I planned lar.. haha) I wish I'm one of those who have high metabolism rate to burn all the fats and stay slim and sexy. hehe...

However, life is short. Spend a great dinner with my mom last night. Didn't eat till the brim though. We shared a bowl of "La mien", steam fish, veggies and steam dumplings. Not bad huh. And the food was good. You know those from Crystal Jade? Yeah, that one. All the portions were small and shared between my mom and I.

Am going out with my mom again tonight, to a company's dinner which she is invited to. I think it would be quite fun... The theme is Retro, and the DJ and host is Venetta Lopez of Class 95.

What did you do this Valentine?

Some dread it...
Some hate it...
Some simply LOVE it whether you're single or attached.

Before I start my studies in Melbourne, I used to go out with my best friend Wanxin and celebrate this special day together. We weren't attached then but nevertheless, we like that day a lot. We will have a meal together and buy flowers for each other and sometimes exchange presents. :D And I still keep those flowers till date. Of course the flowers have been dried. She did the same to those flowers as well. My other best friend Chewpeng, we will always exchange presents too. I never throw or give away things that are given to me. So, my collection of things has accumulated over the years.

Now that I have completed my studies and started work, it's a little more challenging to how we can keep these. Wanxin's working too. Chewpeng's studying. Chewpeng did asked for a date. And at that time I already had a date with the beautician to do something for my scars. :D OOps... We ought to meet soon. I miss those days. :D

Then my mother went to cancel it at the last minute to spend the dinner with me. :D So mother and daugther went out on a Valentine's dinner. :D We had pomfret steamboat. Was not that fantastic. We ordered a yam basket too but tasted like yucks. :S Maybe we ordered the wrong thing. :S

Before we left the steamboat restaurant, we met our neighbour with her son. :D Seems like the singles valentine were well spent with parents. Hehe... I love it.

The thing that made my day was an early morning msg from my dearest dearie. Went to the office with a happy feeling and later feeling SO SO So tired.... :S The programming for the day had kill some of my brain cells. :D You see, I'm a lousy programmer. Still learning. And so much more to learn.

Oh, one nice thing happened yesterday too. Left office half an hour later to see how my collegues start up the system, which I had a small part in, in my boss' laptop. Was a nice feeling. My boss said if the system is able to set up in his laptop, he would demo it in HK today to their potential client. Sounds good right? :D

Though Dearie couldn't spend Valentine with me on the actual day, he made up by coming over the weekend to spend a preValentine which I enjoyed very much. Had a simple dinner, walked around AMK, esplanade and East Coast. And later did what we enjoyed most... Watching a movie at home together. Hee...

Oh well, better get back to work. ;)

I shall just leave the title blank. Don't know what title to put also.

I'm just feeling depressed today. Seems like whatever I do is NEVER right or make my parents happy. In a way, I'm feeling useless and stupid.

At work, I feel so DARN dumb. :( Seems like I'm a very slow programmer compared to the other programmer in the team.

Seems like I didn't regain any confidence at all over these years. The fear of losing and failing is still there. :(

On the bright side, Dearie is coming over this weekend to spend an early valentine. Well, that's my happy thoughts and something that makes me feel good.

.........

Everything I do at home is not right no matter how I try.
Everything I do at work, I have no confidence.
Life sux.

Right, I haven't been updating for sometime now. Just in case some of you are wondering where I am now, I'm right now in my office in Singapore. Yes, I found a job and it is my 3rd day of work here. I'm doing programming... As if I'm not sick of it in uni and poly days. Haha.. Anyway, it's a job, so just take it lar! hehehe I might do marketing after sometime of programming. See how things goes first.

Anyway, currently, my dearie is in Singapore with his parents for the CNY holidays. We went out as a family for dinner on Wednesday and yesterday. Couldn't join them in the day because of work. :S Malaysia has he whole week off. So lucky right? :( Anyway, I will be gong up to KL tonight and will be back on Sunday night.

So... here's just a short update lar. I'm really sleepy now. :P
